What we do

The reydix story

Our founders Fotios and Daniel have been working as artist managers and consultants in live entertainment for two decades. During that time they have asked themselves and also many people around the world one question: What makes a person a fan? Whether in Germany, Brazil, Japan, Spain, the UK, the USA or elsewhere - the unanimous answer was: being a fan means true passion, incredible commitment and a deep, lasting bond with your idol.

 

But what is the reality? What does a fan receive for all his activities? Be it attending concerts, buying merchandise or constantly streaming songs and videos of his favorite artists? How is this commitment rewarded? Not at all. And does an artist even see who his biggest fans are and why? Unfortunately, no. Fans and their passion remain unseen.

 

One thing became clear real quick:

A new solution is urgently needed - for fans and artists alike.

 

That's why we developed reydix.

The first overarching ecosystem in live entertainment, consisting of four parts, with which fans and their activities are made visible for the first time and artists receive meaningful insights about their fans to reward them for their commitment. For the first time, a real connection is possible.

Tech & Development

The Tech & Development team works from our offices in Athens and Hamburg and is divided into the areas of Mobile & Frontend, Backend, QA and DevOps. Our goal is to implement innovative features and ensure the constant optimization of the user experience based on user feedback. We are the mediators of fan transformation between the platform and the fans, artists, venues and brands. Our reydees in this department ensure an improved planning and implementation process of the user experience and support the team with their expertise to better integrate and check fan and user needs in the processes.

In the Product Department, we live in the creative heart of our company. We define and develop innovative solutions that are in tune with the latest trends. Our mission: to anticipate market requirements, fulfill user needs and create awesome products that both inspire and drive the company forward. We are the architects of the bridge between product vision, technology and user experience - always with the aim of creating exceptional value and securing growth.

UI/UX-Design

We analyze the latest best practices to ensure a seamless user experience, which we create and present in the form of wireframes, high-fidelity screens or prototypes. Together with the developers, we work in iterations in which we regularly question our design and adapt it to the needs of the users. Our goal is to develop oustanding digital experiences for all users. By aligning user needs, business goals and technological requirements, we create a comprehensive, consistent design for all reydix applications.

Social Media

Our department is responsible for the strategic orientation, continuous use and evaluation of reydix's social media channels. We develop content concepts to reach our target groups on the right platforms and implement these directly for external and internal communication together with the creative department. We use colorful images, lots of memes and a lot of cool gadgets. Our aim is to make reydix known to the outside world and to support consistent and continuous internal communication.

Our department ensures that all employees feel comfortable at reydix. Industrial Design

We take care of the design and development of our exclusive LiveTime® wristbands and want to create convincing products that remind people of their best event moments. We are united by a flair for unique style, coupled with a deep passion for technology and a collaborative partnership with our suppliers. We do everything we can to ensure that reydix can also take place physically and our users can represent their fan status in the real world.

Art Direction

We take care of giving our postings, newsletters, presentations and advertising materials an appealing and CI-compliant visual design. Together with our social media management and the CCO, we work on new ideas and concepts, which are then brought to life through layouting, image editing, video cutting, animation, AI prompting and 3D rendering. And every now and then a photo shoot comes along that needs to be supervised. Our aim is to maintain the CI, to develop it further and to keep up with the times in order to give reydix the best possible public image.

Gamification

The Gamification department conducts market research, ideation and conceptualization to increase retention and user engagement on our platform and attract new users. To this end, we develop customized, playful elements that reward fans for their engagement in the app. We juggle with status systems, ensure a proper balancing and are constantly developing new game mechanics. We work closely with areas such as UI/UX design and development to create a unique user experience for all fans.

Office Management

We put our heart and soul into ensuring that our reydees always have everything they need to work productively and creatively and that all areas of the office look immaculate. Our tasks include ensuring that there are always enough office supplies and drinks, that the furnishings are complete and that the working environment always looks clean and tidy. We are also responsible for planning events such as our Christmas party. At the same time, we support the management with administrative tasks such as travel planning and appointment management.

How we work

Agile rules everything

User Story Mapping

The user is at the center of everything we do. In order to keep them in focus and develop targeted features, user story mapping is deeply rooted in our processes across all departments and is practiced regularly. We present the user journeys of our various personas in a coherent journey and work across departments on concepts for implementing the individual steps. In this way, all reydees have a common understanding of priorities and our current status, while not losing sight of the big picture.

Scrum

We don't build anything that our fans don't need. That's why we use Scrum to ensure flexible adaptation to changing requirements, even for complex features. This allows us to react quickly to our users' feedback and deliver tailor-made solutions in a short space of time. At the same time, we work according to domain-driven design (DDD), enabling every reydee to actively contribute to the product development process - both in terms of technology and content.

CI/CD & DevOps

We love technology and data. The automation of tests and deployments paired with monitoring and meaningful dashboards are therefore important tools for us - across all departments. In this way, we increase the quality of our code, improve the time-to-market for new features and gain access to rapid feedback from our day-to-day work. In turn, we use the gained knowledge and insights when planning the next sprint and further designing our products.

Application

Connection should not be complicated. That's why we only need your current CV and the answers to three short questions, but no certificates or a cover letter. Then you fill in a few short fields so that we can contact you - that's it.

Screening

We check at your documents and the answers to your questions. You will then receive feedback from us within a few days.

Connection call

We find your documents exciting and want to get to know you. In a 60-minute video call, we'll start by exchanging ideas and seeing if both sides are heading in the right direction.

On-site interview

Our first exchange has shown that we could be a good match. Now we would like to get to know you personally and on site. We will invite you to our reydix office in Athens and ask you to prepare an assignment that you will present to us. We will then dive into the details and you will get to know the reydees you would work with in the future.

Hire

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many locations does reydix have?

We are represented at two locations with one office in Athens / Piraeus (Greece) and one office in Hamburg (Germany).

Do I need to know the Greek language?

reydix is an international company and we welcome people from all over the world - therefore English is always spoken across all locations. Within the offices in Hamburg and Athens, however, emphasis is also placed on the local languages. All reydees who work in Athens must therefore be able to speak Greek fluently in order to ensure an uncomplicated and smooth communication between each other.

Why are you doing technical assignments?

To find out whether a candidate is a good fit for us, we talk about both personal skills and technical experience during the recruitment process. Of course, a friendly, appreciative and collegial behaviour is important to us. However, technical experience must also be strong enough to be able to perform the role. We can check this in a technical assignment and at the same time provide the candidate with transparent insights on how our work is organized - a win-win situation for both sides.

Do you offer remote work?

Yes, at reydix you can work remotely up to three days a week and two days from our modern office in Piraeus - right at the waterfront.
