What We Do
The reydix story
Our founders Fotios and Daniel have been working as artist managers and consultants in live entertainment for two decades. During that time they have asked themselves and also many people around the world one question: What makes a person a fan? Whether in Germany, Brazil, Japan, Spain, the UK, the USA or elsewhere - the unanimous answer was: being a fan means true passion, incredible commitment and a deep, lasting bond with your idol.
But what is the reality? What does a fan receive for all his activities? Be it attending concerts, buying merchandise or constantly streaming songs and videos of his favorite artists? How is this commitment rewarded? Not at all. And does an artist even see who his biggest fans are and why? Unfortunately, no. Fans and their passion remain unseen.
One thing became clear real quick:
A new solution is urgently needed - for fans and artists alike.
That's why we developed reydix.
The first overarching ecosystem in live entertainment, consisting of four parts, with which fans and their activities are made visible for the first time and artists receive meaningful insights about their fans to reward them for their commitment. For the first time, a real connection is possible.

Who We Are
Get to know our teams
The Tech & Development team works from our offices in Athens and Hamburg and is divided into the areas of Mobile & Frontend, Backend, QA and DevOps. Our goal is to implement innovative features and ensure the constant optimization of the user experience based on user feedback. We are the mediators of fan transformation between the platform and the fans, artists, venues and brands. Our reydees in this department ensure an improved planning and implementation process of the user experience and support the team with their expertise to better integrate and check fan and user needs in the processes.

Our recruiting process
Application
Connection should not be complicated. That's why we only need your current CV and the answers to three short questions, but no certificates or a cover letter. Then you fill in a few short fields so that we can contact you - that's it.
Screening
We check at your documents and the answers to your questions. You will then receive feedback from us within a few days.
Connection Calls
We find your documents exciting and want to get to know you. In a 60-minute video call, we'll start by exchanging ideas and seeing if both sides are heading in the right direction. If that goes well, we will ask you to prepare a take home assignment that you will present to us in a second call. There we will dive into all details that you want and need to know about the role, the product, the team and the environment.
On-Site Exchange
Our Connection Calls have shown that we could be a great match. Now we would like to get to know you personally and on-site. We will invite you to our reydix office in Athens and you will get to know some other reydees you will be working with in the future.
